INI8TIVE currently ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders with a total value of $200 AUD or above qualify for free standard shipping Australia‑wide.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $200 AUD incur a flat $15 AUD shipping fee.

Shipping fees are applied at checkout and are non‑refundable unless required by law.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or in the event of unforeseen delays.
