Returns and Exchanges Policy
1. Initiating a Return
To request a return, please contact our Returns Team at info@ini8tive.com to obtain a return label. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in original condition, including original packaging, with all tags securely attached.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Ini8tive accepts returns for store credit only. Refunds are not provided unless an item is formally assessed and confirmed to be faulty.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

Returned with all original tags and packaging
Final Sale Items
The following categories are classified as Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund under any circumstances:

Customized or personalized products

Made‑to‑order items

Swimwear bottoms, undergarments, jewellery, and headwear (for hygiene reasons)
Final Sale purchases are strictly non‑returnable.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@ini8tive.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographic or video evidence to assist with assessment.
Ini8tive will determine whether the item contains a genuine manufacturing defect. Items damaged due to general wear and tear are not eligible for return.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, you will not incur additional costs and may choose a replacement item, refund, or store credit.
4. Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order items are produced specifically for each customer. Due to their personalized nature:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Refunds are not offered, as these items cannot be restocked or resold.
5. Change of Mind, Size, or Selection Error
Returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or selection error are accepted for store credit only, provided the request is made within 7 days of receipt.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the store credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Ini8tive is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return parcels. Please include your returns form and packing slip to ensure your return can be identified and processed.
6. Returns Processing Timeline
Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved:

Store credit or refund (where applicable) will be issued within 5 business days.

Refunds exclude original shipping and re-shipping costs unless the item was faulty.
During sale periods, processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days.
7. Terms and Conditions

Returns submitted outside the 7-day window will not be accepted.

Items not returned in original condition (worn, damaged, or missing tags) will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Store credits are non-refundable.

Due to high product demand, direct exchanges are not guaranteed.

Ini8tive reserves the right to refuse future orders if a customer exhibits excessive or unreasonable return patterns, including returns made for content creation or professional purposes.

Ini8tive reserves the right to amend or remove this policy at any time. Consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
